Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our jewelry and accessories and want you to be satisfied with your purchases and experiences with us, and hope that each piece you choose is special to you. We will always strive to take care of you by treating you fairly and honestly – and we trust you will treat us the same way. We handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. All returns made within 60 days from purchase, with a receipt, are applied to the tender with which it was originally purchased. If we agree to make a refund with no receipt, the current price will be applied as credit on a James Avery Gift Card.

An item may be returned or exchanged as long as it complies with policy above. For all returns, exchanges, and product care services we recommend you ship your merchandise using UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail. Please insure all items for the full retail price. If you are returning an item for credit or exchange, please include your credit card number and expiration date to enable us to process your request promptly. We offer minor alterations on most of our items, refurbishing and sizing at a reasonable fee.
